This Catholic Care Home is being built by the generous donations of several Catholic and Protestant organizations and individuals, children raising funds, Grannies donating, Elderly folks, Sick, and even strangers! People have just come up and said "Here use this for the Home". Just when the funds seem to be at the bottom of the barrel someone comes up and says this is to help get Loreto built. This is the Miracle of Loreto. The widow's might!
Loreto isn't just for Hartley, Texas but a vision of care for any community or individual willing to make the sacrifices that it takes to enter in one of the most fulfilling ministries presented to us today. We hope to help others in assisting those who are often abandoned and alone while sick and terminally ill.
Healthcare Reform is making Homes like this an alternative to overcrowded nursing facilities. These can only be created with cooperation and help of the broader community.
